Privacy Policy

Scope
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit cxoca.com (the “Site”), which is operated by CXO Capital Advisors, LLC, and how that information is used. It covers the Site only. It does not cover the practices of Finalis Securities LLC, whose own privacy policy is linked in the disclosures at the bottom of this page.
Information you give us
The Site has one contact form. If you choose to complete it, we collect what you type into it:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your company name and website, if you provide them
- Whatever you write in the message field
We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and to continue the conversation you started. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.
Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or non-public financial information through the website form. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a secure channel. Once we are in contact we can arrange an appropriate way to exchange sensitive material.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site collects limited technical information as you browse, in order to understand how the Site is being used and how it is performing.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
We use Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, both provided by Google. These services set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser and collect information such as:
- Pages you view on the Site and how long you spend on them
- The website or search engine that referred you
- Your approximate geographic location, derived from your IP address
- Your device type, browser, operating system, and screen size
- Whether you submitted the contact form, recorded as an anonymous conversion event
We use this in aggregate, to see which pages are useful and where visitors come from. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally, we do not link analytics data to the information you submit through the contact form, and we have not enabled Google Analytics advertising features, remarketing, or ad personalization on this Site.
Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses by default; Google does not store the full IP address. Google processes this data on our behalf as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s business data policies.
How to opt out of analytics
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your activity in any of these ways:
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
- Enable your browser’s tracking protection or “Do Not Track” setting, or use private browsing
None of these will affect your ability to read the Site or contact us.
Hosting and service providers
The Site is hosted on Netlify, which processes contact form submissions and, like any web host, keeps standard server logs. The Site is built and maintained on our behalf by our marketing agency, whose personnel may have access to inquiries in the course of operating the Site for us. Our providers are permitted to use this information only to deliver their services to us.
How long we keep information
- Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
- Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to and manage our relationship with you, and to meet any recordkeeping obligations that apply to us.
Cookies
The Site itself does not use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites. The only cookies set are the Google Analytics cookies described above, which are used to distinguish one visit from another. You can remove or block them at any time through your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email thakel@cxoca.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; tell us what you are asking for and we will work with you in good faith.
Security
The Site is served entirely over HTTPS, and information submitted through the form is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive material through the form.
Children
The Site is intended for business owners, investors, and professional counterparties. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Links to other sites
This Site links to third-party websites, including Finalis Securities LLC, FINRA, and SIPC. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any site we do not operate.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
